The property is located about 260 km away from Sofia, 100 km from Plovdiv and very close to Pamporovo ski resort. The property is about 500m from the beautiful Smolyan lakes 10 km west of the centre of the town of Smolyan, known as the "emerald eyes of the Rhodope mountain".
